The following documents have been provided by Nigel Denning at Integrative Psychology in Melbourne. Nigel has previously been associated with The Sri Nityananda Ashram and is familiar with the organisation. Integrative Psychology offers one on one counselling as well as special support groups specifically for people leaving Shiva Yoga. You can read Nigel’s interview with The Age here.
CASA offer free 24 hour telephone counseling, as well as a series of free one-on-one counseling sessions where appropriate. They will readily provide support to the women directly involved, their partners or ex-partners as well as to members of the community that have been indirectly affected. They are currently working with a number of people from Shiva Yoga and are familiar with the case.
Grow Australia is a not-for-profit support group that was recommended by an ex-member of the Sri Nityananda Ashram.
