Some ex-members of Shiva Yoga have set up a new Facebook Group called Leaving Shiva Yoga with Love. For those who were interested in a forum for discussion we think this is probably the ideal format. (Please note, this group is only for those people who consider themselves to have left the Shiva Yoga Ashram).
